Return Process

Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange according to our policy.
